Active since 1998, the “Sebes Trio” immediately attracted attention for the remarkable harmony and variety of the classical repertoire ranging from the eighteenth century to the present day. He won the 1st Absolute Prize at the “Anèmos” International Chamber Music Competition in Rome, and at the “Cittа di Vasto” National Chamber Music Competition.
Guest at various music festivals, the Trio offers a concert entitled “Voyage sans baggage” which combines a classical part (with pieces by Mozart, Schumann, Milhaud, Bartòk, Stravinsky, Shostakovich, Gershwin) with a more modern part with original arrangements by famous film soundtracks and some reinterpretations of themes from European and extra-continental traditions.
