Le Immagini della Musica is an artistic proposal of original music with a descriptive and evocative character.
It’s a show in which the air vibrates with sounds and colors, a film in which the “visual column” is left to the imagination of the listener, stimulated by the title of a composition or by a series of images projected on the stage.
The idea was born in Rome in 1997 by two composers: Massimo Alviti (Guitar) and Alessandro Papotto (Clarinet, Saxophone and Flute). The two musicians propose a repertoire of original compositions that blends Classical Music, Jazz, and World Music.They appeared at international events such as “Cajas de Música de Santander” and the “Acoustic Guitar International Meeting.”
Their new EP “Resonare Fibris” (2025) adds four new songs to an already extensive repertoire. The two musicians have collaborated individually with bands like Soft Machine, Avion Travel, Banco del Mutuo Soccorso, Indaco, and many others.
